Service Description

Ashtanga yoga is a specific, set sequence of postures coordinated with breath and drishti (a focal point), designed unite the body, mind, and spirit. New to yoga? Ashtanga is great for beginners! The set sequence allows you to progress and deepen your practice at your own pace and the repetition helps you better understand the postures and their alignment, along with learning to coordinate your breath with movement, which calms the mind.
