Monthly Membership if purchased by September 13: $30. If purchased after September 13: $45

Summer Time:2-5 Years old

We invite parents and children to join us for an imaginative, interactive class that introduces yoga poses through play and storytelling. Parents are asked to stay and participate, helping to build connection while supporting their child’s growing mind-body awareness.

Summer Time: 6-12 Years old

Designed for ages 6-12, this class introduces students to flowing yoga sequences while keeping movement fun and engaging. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, while incorporating age-appropriate mindfulness practices to help develop focus, self-awareness, and stress management skills in a supportive environment.

Parent + Baby Yoga*

Infants to crawlers are invited to join you, their parent or caregiver, for this inclusive class. Whether you choose to incorporate your baby into the poses for a little extra strength training, let them crawl around on the mat, or sleep peacefully in their carrier, we want to make space for you to move and connect!

Fall Kids Programming: Registration opens August 8th.

2-5 years old: Tuesdays at 10:30

6-12 years old: Tuesdays at 4:30

12 years and older are welcome to attend all other classes with an adult.
