Come experience our signature Flow combined with a restorative end. This class will make you work into those long holds mentally and physically. The Sanskrit word is Sthira Sukha, work & ease. In this class you will breathe, move, and flow; and then spend 30 minutes stretching things out. A masterclass is balance, literally and figuratively. *CLASS IS HEATED
