December 7 & 14 Before the Holidays: Learn about the nervous system and have a chance to tune into your own body to start getting curious about it’s clues and ways of trying to get your attention. We’ll engage in movement that will help give your own system some tools to manage the mix of emotions and experiences that come up during the holidays.
