the Power Flow
This Power Flow is perfect for both experienced yogis and beginner students who want to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Expect to sweat, breathe, move, and feel amazing after every class. Our instructors will guide you through a dynamic sequence of yoga poses that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

the Slow Flow
Unwind with the Slow Flow, a vinyasa-inspired practice that's perfect to recover after a workout or simply a chance to move more mindfully. Our instructors will guide you through a sequence designed to help you release tension and enhance flexibility while connecting you with your breath. Perfect for both experienced yogis and beginner students.

ABC's of Yoga
ABC’s of Yoga is a beginner-friendly, 5-week series designed to help you build a strong foundation in your practice. Each week, we’ll explore essential poses, breathing techniques, and simple sequences to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine the basics, this series will give you the confidence and tools to move with ease—on and off the mat.

the Strength
Sweat it out in this 45 minute weighted class to help you build strength and endurance. This bootcamp inspired class will challenge you physically and mentally, leaving you feeling strong and invigorated.

the Basics (Primary Ashtanga)
Ashtanga is a specific, set sequence of postures coordinated with breath and drishti (a focal point), designed to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Ashtanga can be helpful for beginners as the set sequence allows you to progress and deepen your practice at your own pace and the repetition helps you better understand the postures and their alignment.

the Calm (Yin)
In this Yin-inspired class you'll spend time in poses that allow you to go deep mentally and physically, helping you unwind, lengthen your muscles, and relax. This is the perfect class for anyone looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on their well-being.

Kids Yoga
Ages 2-5 and 6-12: Children and pre-teens participate in age appropriate classes. Each class is designed to introduce your child to yoga poses, mindfulness, and breathwork. Sign your child up for one class to try it out, or buy a Kids and Students membership so they can attend every week!

the Maverick
Imagine if a yoga rave had a baby with a CrossFit AMRAP, this is the Maverick. This yoga inspired movement class combines vinyasa, meditation, interval training, and body weight work to push your body and challenge your mind. All levels welcome, as you can modify or intensify as needed!

Bro Flow
This one is for the guys only! Just like the Flow, but lead by and for men. Come to class, sweat it out, and build community with other bros.

Community Donation Class
Join us for a donation based community class. We will flow, sweat, breathe, and create some awesome community. Free for members, all others can give a donation of their choice.

Parent + Baby Yoga
We invite you to bring your baby for a Power Flow that allows you to incorporate your baby into the poses, leave them on the mat, or keep them sleeping in their carrier. You'll spend an hour reconnecting with your self, and your baby.
This class is for infants and crawlers.

(formerly the Swell)
This dynamic class blends Pilates, strength training, and yoga for a full-body workout that builds core stability, balance, and strength. We turn down the impact—no jumping here—and turn up the intensity, offering a challenging yet accessible experience for all levels.

the HIIT
(formerly the Surge)
the Surge is aHIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class that combines strength, cardio, and core.
